By default, we do not use Customer Content submitted through paid MaaS/API services to train or fine-tune shared foundation models unless:

  • You explicitly opt in; or
  • Such use is required by applicable law.
5.2 Retention Controls
  • API processing data may be retained for a limited period for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability.
  • Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, operational logs may be retained up to 30 days.
  • Eligible customers may request stricter retention controls (including zero-retention configurations) for supported endpoints.
5.3 Human Access Controls

Access to Customer Content is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate need (for example: incident response, support requested by you, legal compliance, or abuse investigation).

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.
